Working Principle

Motor drives impeller to rotate slowly through V-belt, reducer, and gear. As sand enters washing tank, it is stirred and tumbled by rotating wheel, which allows impurities and dust to be removed. Clean sand is then lifted by impeller and discharged, while wastewater and fine particles are drained away through overflow outlet, completing cleaning process.
