Working Principle

The Single Rotor Sand Maker operates by using a high-speed rotating rotor to impact and crush the raw materials fed into the crushing chamber. The materials are accelerated and thrown against the crushing chamber walls and other materials, creating a cascading effect that breaks the particles into smaller sizes. The continuous impact and friction between the rotor and the materials achieve fine crushing and shaping.
