Introduction

Magnetic Separator is a robust and efficient machine engineered for continuous extraction of magnetic minerals from wet or dry materials. It features durable stainless steel drum with built-in permanent magnetic system that generates stable magnetic field without need for power supply. As slurry flows into tank, magnetic particles are attracted to drum surface and carried away from non-magnetic material stream, thus achieving separation. This equipment is ideal for processing magnetite, pyrrhotite, ilmenite, and other magnetic minerals, as well as for removing iron contaminants from non-magnetic materials like quartz, feldspar, and kaolin. Working Principle

Magnetic Separator operates based on principle of magnetic attraction. When mineral slurry is fed into tank, it flows around rotating drum that contains fixed array of high-intensity permanent magnets. Magnetic particles in slurry are attracted to drum surface and rotate with it, while non-magnetic materials pass freely and are discharged separately. As drum rotates past magnetic field, captured magnetic materials are released by scraper into separate discharge chute, completing separation process efficiently and continuously.
