Working Principle

The Double Rotor Sand Maker operates using two rotors rotating in opposite or same direction at high speed. When raw materials are fed into the crushing cavity, they are first struck by the upper rotor and then further impacted by the lower rotor. The dual-impact process creates intense crushing forces that break down the material into fine particles. This repeated collision, shearing, and grinding ensure high reduction ratios and excellent particle shape. The design minimizes unqualified material and increases crushing efficiency, making it especially suitable for producing fine sand from medium-hard rocks and construction waste.
