The raw material used in this production line is limestone. The entire system has been carefully designed by our team based on the topography, resource characteristics, and specific production requirements of the customer’s site. Considering the plant’s expected capacity of 500 tons per hour, we selected a heavy hammer crusher as the core crushing equipment. This choice is ideal for soft rock applications, where production volumes are below 600 tons per hour, as a single heavy hammer crusher is capable of performing both primary crushing and shaping. This not only simplifies the process flow but also significantly reduces equipment investment and maintenance costs, offering users a highly efficient and cost-effective crushing solution tailored to local conditions.
