1200tph large-scale sand making production line in Russia

This project has been developed in full compliance with environmental protection standards and is designed as a large-scale green stone processing plant. It features three advanced production lines, each with a capacity of 1,200 tons per hour, arranged in parallel to ensure efficient and continuous operation. The combined daily output exceeds 30,000 tons, making it one of the high-output facilities in the region. The entire system—including design, construction, and equipment supply—has been undertaken by KLZ, which leverages cutting-edge technology and engineering expertise to ensure high productivity, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly operation throughout the production process.
